The Spot Teen Center is a bully-free zone where teens between the ages of 12 and 18 can hang out to play games, socialize, and attend events. The Spot features free peer tutoring and homework help. All teens have access to a resource center with information on the risks of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs in addition to topics such as money management and stress.
Teens who come to The Spot can utilize the facilities’ large collection of books, games, magazines, and craft projects in addition to the facility’s air hockey table, pool table, and table tennis. The Spot also has a snack counter stocked with snacks and drinks.
The facility is run through support from the B-V-G Municipal Alliance, the Camden County Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, Inc., and the surrounding community.
All teens who would like to utilize the centers gaming equipment, snack counter, and homework help must be a member of The Spot! Membership is free- just bring in These Membership Forms.
